2 TESTS OF DISCIPLINE
A reflection on how real discipline is not just showing up perfectly, but returning immediately after one bad day.

I had just hit 50 days of having an almost perfect morning routine…
Then I pulled an all nighter for a drift event... slept in until 6:30... took a nap after my study.
And my first thought was... I should just quit.
"I am a piece of shit, I cant even be consistent for 100 days."
That is the trap most of us fall into.
THERE IS TWO TESTS OF DISCIPLINE:
One.. Can you show up with 100% accuracy?
That one is hard.
But test two is where almost everyone quits.
Can you come back after ONE bad day?
Most people cannot.
They could... but most people tell themselves a story that one miss means it is over. One cheat meal means the whole diet was a waste…
It does not work that way.
50 days doesn't disappear with one bad morning…
It disappears when we let 1 day turn into 1 week, then 1 month, 1 year and so on.
The work is still in me. The habits are still there. The man I have been building is still here.
So the story I am choosing today is this,
My body needed that rest. I ran it into the ground and it asked for one morning.
So I gave it one.
And I AM BACK… 100%.
There will be NO SHAME, NO GUILT, NO NEED TO MISS AGAIN…
That is the real test.
